Official Rules and Regulations

Void outside of the US and where prohibited by law. THE OFFICIAL RULES ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES TO THE SPONSOR FROM YOU AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.
Eligibility: The #evianxAWcontest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and DC, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Danone Waters of America (“Sponsor”), The Dannon Company, Inc., and their affiliates, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
Entry Period: The Contest will start on 9/12/2015 at 12PM ET and will end on 9/13/2014 at 12PM ET. The winners will be selected at random by 12PM Eastern Time (ET) on 9/14/2015.
How to Enter: You may enter the Contest by taking a screenshot of the evian 2015 Limited Edition bottle that is shared on evian’s official Snapchat account and posting it to Instagram and/or Twitter with hashtag #evianxAWcontest. The Contest is limited to one entry per person, per platform. If you use fraudulent methods to participate or otherwise attempt to circumvent these Official Rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sponsor. The selected winners may be promoted on evian’s Twitter page.
Grand Prize: There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner that will receive an evian Limited Edition gift set that includes one (1) bottle, two (2) glasses and a USB. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $90. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner selection and notification: Winners of the Contest will be selected via random drawing. Winners will be notified via the platform (Instagram/Twitter) they enter the Contest on by 12PM ET on 9/14/2015. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices. If the selected winner does not respond by 12PM ET on 9/15/2015, or fails to return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CONTEST AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest. In such case, Sponsor may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website or violates these Rules & Regulations. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Snapchat, Instagram or Twitter.
