HBO’s Nightingale is a network original film that tackles a plethora of heavy topics—such as military trauma, mental illness, and struggles with sexuality— in just 83 short minutes.
Team Epiphany built a strategy focusing on the performance, and produced the premiere held at Artbeam in Manhattan for over 200 influencers and members of the press. Prior to the film’s screening, four up-and-coming actors of various backgrounds from top programs at Juilliard, and Yale were selected to interpret outtakes of the film.
The performance of the monologues demonstrated the power of the script and the transcendent nature of the role for the audience, and media before ever seeing a minute of the film. The media response was enormous, with highlights including coverage in The Atlantic.
