ROLE DESCRIPTION
Team Epiphany is looking for a NYC-based intern to join our Talent Department!  The Influencer Engagement Intern will assist the Director of Influencer Engagement and Talent Department.
What Makes a Great Candidate
  • Familiarity with Entertainment and Sports industries
  • Familiarity with all social platforms, especially TikTok & Instagram
  • Familiarity evaluating and reporting social media analytics and data
  • Passion for current trends and pop-culture
  • Background in a creative field such as Marketing, Social Media, Public Relations, English, Writing
  • Strong sense of self-motivation and an eagerness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to attend work-related events outside of office hours
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Influencer research & outreach
  • Tracking, calculating, and reporting metrics for social platforms like TikTok & Instagram
  • Maintaining event guest-lists, agency lists, and seeding kit trackers
  • Supporting Team Epiphany while on-site at NYC based events
  • Fulfilling daily office and administrative tasks
This internship will begin in january and last 3 months with the possibility of extension or conversion to fulltime following its completion. Candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule (3x/week) at our NYC office and commit 30-40 hours/week. Rate is $16/hour.
