Content Producer

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Team Epiphany is looking for a NYC-based Content Producer to join our multidisciplinary Content team!

Reporting into the Senior Content Producer, this role is responsible for managing small-to-medium sized productions throughout the entirety of the production lifecycle (pre- through post-production) with minimal oversight. Branded Content experience within an agency environment is must.
What Makes a Great Candidate

  • 3–5 years of experience in content production, preferably in a creative agency or production company.
  • Strong understanding of the content production pipeline, including pre-production, on-set processes, and post-production workflows (across mediums and platforms)
  • Must be willing to travel outside of standard work hours for shoots required as needed
  • Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Excellent creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Innate sense for involving the right people at the right time.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, Monday.com, and basic editing or motion design skills is a plus.
  • Understanding of basic production equipment is also beneficial.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the execution of content productions (both static and video), from pre-production planning to on-set supervision, ensuring all deliverables are on schedule and in budget.
  • Lead post-production process: work with editors, motion designers, and other post-production professionals to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality final assets.
  • Act as a liaison between strategy/creative, production, and account teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist Senior Producers on larger campaigns as needed
  • Research and recommend directors, vendors, and resources tailored to each project.
  • Anticipating future needs by thinking steps ahead while fixing issues with ease as they arise.
  • Ability to interact with internal co-workers and external clients and vendors at a variety of levels and across functions.
  • Responsible for supporting and participating in our efforts to cultivate a diverse, equal, and inclusive culture of production within our work.
The estimated base salary for this position is $60,000 to $75,000 annually. Please note that actual compensation packages are dependent on a holistic assessment of factors including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, and applicable skillS.

Experiential Designer

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Team Epiphany is looking for a NYC-based Experiential Designer to join our Creative Department!  

This role is responsible for contributing to the development of creative concepts for a wide range of events, including dinners, pop-up activations, and large-scale brand experiences.  The Mid-Level Experiential Designer will work collaboratively with senior and junior designers, as well as our in-house production team, to bring ideas to life.  They will be expected to take ownership of their projects while supporting the broader team in executing high-quality event designs.  

This position reports to the Senior Art Director and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic and spatial design within an experiential agency.
  • Strong design sensibility with the ability to integrate brand messaging, color, typography, and imagery into immersive physical spaces.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp Pro (Podium rendering experience is a plus).
  • Strong storytelling skills, both visually and verbally, to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Experience in spatial problem-solving and designing for physical environments.
  • Proficiency in drawing to scale and familiarity with architectural construction documents, elevations, and shop drawings.
  • Ability to multitask while remaining organized and efficient under tight deadlines.
  • Experience conducting site surveys and coordinating with lighting and AV vendors is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop creative concepts for experiential activations, pop-ups, and brand events.
  • Design spatial and set elements, incorporating 2D and 3D renderings to visualize environments.
  • Work under the direction of senior designers and the Sr. Art Director while providing guidance to junior team members.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Event Producers, Strategists, and Designers to align creative vision with project goals.
  • Create detailed 3D models and scaled floor plans to support event designs.
  • Produce high-quality renderings of event spaces for client presentations.
  • Communicate with vendors to produce graphics and fabricate build elements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring designs meet creative and logistical requirements.

GRAPHIC DESIGN Intern

Team Epiphany is looking for a NYC-based Graphic Design Intern to support our Creative Department!

This role offers hands-on experience working alongside senior designers, contributing to design concepts for pitch decks, social media assets, advertisements, events, and promotional materials.  The Graphic Design Intern will report directly to the Senior Art Director and collaborate with the broader creative team in a highly dynamic and team-oriented environment.
What Makes a Great Candidate
  • Some experience in graphic design (internships, freelance, or coursework).
  • Strong design sensibility with an understanding of composition, typography, and color theory.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Keynote.
  • Ability to design in both pixel-based and vector-based formats.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the creative industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist the Art Director and Senior Designers in creating a variety of assets for clients across experiential, digital, and social platforms.
  • Develop and refine presentation layouts, illustrations, photo manipulations, and compositions.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines while maintaining creative integrity.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay informed on social media, digital trends, and emerging design techniques.
  • Receive and apply feedback effectively while contributing creative ideas.
This internship will begin ASAP and last 3 months with the possibility of extension or conversion to fulltime following its completion. Candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule (3x/week) at our NYC office and commit 40 hours/week. Rate is $16.50-$18/hour depending on experience.
