DELTA SXSW
Team Epiphany teamed up with Delta at SXSW to create The Delta Lounge—an exclusive, members-only experience combining the glamour of aviation’s golden age with Delta’s premium touch. Upon arrival, attendees received ASCEND: Delta’s first exclusive festival zine, detailing premium experiences available throughout the weekend and serving as a map to SXSW.
A takeover of Estelle’s in downtown Austin was the centerpiece of the experience: a retreat made exclusive to SkyMiles Medallion Members. By day, the activation provided an elevated respite with cocktails, a local dining menu, rest pods, and exclusive merch. By night, a speakeasy featuring influential hosts like Issa Rae made The Delta Lounge the “if you know, you know” go-to spot. The activation garnered serious buzz on and off premise—with over 4500+ visitors and 100% capacity in 5 days, 24k+ website views, and extensive coverage across Adweek, Billboard, and other prominent industry outlets.
